Stuffed salmon with lump crab and shrimp. I made this today and it was great. Ingredients: Salmon filets Lump crab meat Small shrimp Parsley Butter Garlic Seasonings of your choice Directions: In skillet saute shrimp, garlic, parsley in butter for 10min, then add crab, shredded cheese and italian bread crumbs. Saute for another 5min. Slice salmon down the center to make space for stuffing. Stuff salmon with stuffing mixture and bake in oven for 18min at 400.
