Grilled Veggies - Red, yellow, or orange bell peppers, squash, zucchini, and sweet onion. Marinade in 1 part italian salad dressing to 3 parts greek salad dressing. The longer the better but at least a couple of hours. Throw on the outdoor grill and cook until done stirring occasionally to prevent too much charing. I use a metal grill tray/pan but you could probably use foil if you poke a few small holes for drainage. They are even better the second day. Summer staple.
Salmon Marinade - great marinade to use foil packets. Make a little foil packet for each fillet and close it up, leaving a little room for air to circulate inside. Then bake on a cookie sheet at 425 for about 15 minutes.
