Pumpkin Spice Creamer recipe Ingredients 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1-1/2 cups skim milk, milk, half and half, or cream (you choose based on the fat content your prefer!) 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, to taste Instructions: Combine ingredients in a container with a cover. Shake until combined, or use an immersion blender or traditional blender and blend until smooth. Store, covered, in the fridge and shake/stir before using.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies REVIEW: I think we've made these 3-4 times since November. That's saying a lot for us who rarely make cookies. These are delicious and even better the second day. I actually use semi-sweet choc chips and like it a lot.
