Gluten Free Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies  from gidgetgoeshome.com  (makes 2-3 dozen)  1/2 cup salted butter melted  1/2 cup honey or agave  1 Tbsp. vanilla  3 cups coarse almond meal  1/2 tsp baking soda  chocolate chips to your liking    Mix wet ingredients. In another bowl/stand mixer, whisk dry ingredients. Add wet to dry and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.  Bake at 350* for 9-15 minutes.  Note: make sure you use almond meal rather than blanched almond flour
