JNF Smoothie - 1 scoop of French Vanilla fat free JNF Protein, 1 C sliced strawberries, 1 C mixed blueberries and blackberries, 1/2 C raspberries, 1/2 C chopped spinach (do not replace with another green as spinach is tasteless in the mix & others are not), 1/2 C of water, 1 tsp of flax seeds. Blend up smooth and enjoy all the beautifying benefits!
Kale and Banana Smoothie Recipe. First green drink I've made, ever. You don't taste the kale AT ALL (I'm a complete skeptic). Knowing I can pack all those nutrients into one drink - especially for the kids, I'm totally sold!
