Brot tief einschneiden, nicht ganz durch. Mit Käsescheiben füllen. Knoblauch mit Öl vermischen und das Brot einpinseln. Kräuter drüber streuen. Ev. etwas Salzen oder Pfeffern. Im vorgeheizten Backofen 200 Grad Ober Unterhitze ca. 20 - 25 min backen.
