#YogaTutorial : #ShivaPose When I first saw this pose on Instagram, I couldnt figure out what was going on. Thankfully @rachel.yoga posted a video to explain the mechanics behind the pose. So here's me sharing the love! Tips : 1) stretch your hamstrings in forward folds. Hold for at least 3 minutes 2) open your hips in pigeon pose. Hold for at least 3 minutes 3) start with your bottom foot in slightly closer to begin 4) hook your leg up as high up your shoulder as possible. Good luck x
