The students learned about turkeys and then wrote facts about them in the Pixie App. They drew turkeys in the Mini Monet App and then used the paint feature to add the fun glitter feathers to their drawing. Art Projects for Kids has a wonderful step by step turkey drawing that we used.
Preschool corn maize art project. Students used fingertips in ink pads for kernels. We did to have them cut out the cobs this time. Stalks is craft paper scrunched and rolled somewhat. Used black ink to rub against the edges to add a rustic touch.

I can’t believe it’s almost Thanksgiving! It seems like this school year is whizzing by. At the rate we’re going, it’ll be Valentine’s in a blink of an eye!
