This is 100% true. As hard as it is when 0500 comes with two small children and a house to take care of all day (and 1/2 the night), within 15 minutes I am feeling great. And it gets easier every morning! The mental and physical changes are more than worth it. (Caveat: If you're not getting a solid night's sleep of 6 hours or more, this admittedly won't work well).

It’s easier to wake up early and work out than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see.
