This is why I love my new program. Always changing. Even the duration of the workouts. Soon as something becomes "easy" you need to change it up. I am loving the results.
True...I think a lot of people's probs is that they like quit after like two or 3 weeks because they don't rly see any change but u have to give it a few weeks for u to actually see a difference...and also I think most people just think u have to run a mile a day of workout for 10 mins and don't change their diet and don't rly push if and then get discouraged because they don't c results... Long story short don't give up!
