Sausage Egg Muffins Gluten Free  Scramble desired amount of eggs in mixing bowl.  Add desired precooked meat.  Add cheese. Mix.  Put in non stick muffin tin filling each about 2/3 full. Do not overfill as the eggs will rise.  Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes or until very lightly browned on top.  Serve warm.
