DIY GLYCERINE HAND SOAP - do you ever throw out the last little scraps of your lovely soap? Collect half a jar of soap scraps (I prefer natural soaps as opposed to commercial soaps), then melt them in a whole jarful of boiling water. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 teaspoon of glycerine. Combine all of the ingredients well, then pour into moulds and allow to cure. You could pour them into silicone shaped ice cube trays, that's what I am going to do.
