I fried rice! Easy fried rice, better than takeout! 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!) 3 tbs sesame oil 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed) 1 small onion, chopped 2 tsp minced garlic 2 eggs, slightly beaten cup soy sauce
- Salt + Vinegar roasted potato slices - I've made these a few times and they are awesome. Just salt + vinegar + potatoes and roast in the oven until they're golden. Reminds me of salt & vinegar chips (my favorite).
