Holi! India's festival of color

Holi, the Hindu festival of colour.Originally, Holi was an agricultural festival celebrating the arrival of spring.

Meetha paan (India). 'Each paan-wallah (paan vendor) has his own style of preparation, but mithaa paan usually includes choona (slaked lime) and kattha (acacia-bark extract) pastes. It’ll also have a little saff ron if you’re lucky, coconut flakes, candy-coated fennel, spices like cardamom and clove, gulkand (rose-petal jam), dried fruit and a maraschino cherry – all wrapped up in a betel leaf. It’s eaten after meals.'

Betel leaves are too good for improving digestion. Betel leaves do have amazing anti-flatulent, gastro protective, intestinal and carminative properties which on consuming, helps in secretion of digestive acids.
