Peach & Lemon: 1. Slice lemon and peach into eight wedges each and put two of each into your glass. 2. Fill glass with ice cubes, add 5cl Bombay Sapphire and top off with tonic water.

Orange Saffron: Gently squeeze orange peel over your glass to release its essential oils, then put it in your glass along with the saffron threads. Fill glass with ice cubes. Add Bombay Sapphire and top off with tonic water.

Chili Passion Fruit: 1. Add the pulp from one half of a passion fruit to your glass. 2. Slice the chili pepper and add as much as you like to your drink. 3. Fill glass with ice cubes, add 5cl Bombay Sapphire and top off with tonic water.
