Shrimp and asparagus stir fry. Roommate described the sauce for this recipe as "light and refreshing" a nice change from the heavier brown sauces I usually go for with stir fry. If you don't have shrimp, this recipe is also quite good with chicken.
12 asparagus spears 6 prosciutto slices Cut prosciutto strips in half lengthways. Wrap the bottom end of prosciutto over the asparagus start rolling in a spiral up, leaving tip exposed. Fry wrapped asparagus spears until prosciutto is brown and crispy.
This is what we had for dinner tonight: Beef Stroganoff - just a few ingredients and 20 min! I used cognac instead of Brandy, and egg noodles instead of mashed potatoes. Also, the meat I used was Carne Asada, and it worked perfectly well.
